Massey & Gail prevails as appointed amicus in disability discrimination appeal
Appointed by the court to act as amicus curiae on behalf of the plaintiff/appellant, Massey & Gail attorney Matthew Collette succeeded in persuading the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals that the plaintiff had stated a claim for interference with her efforts to maintain a claim of disability discrimination against her federal employer. The court of appeals reversed the district court’s decision dismissing the action and remanded for further proceedings.
