Matthew is a business and commercial litigator whose practice encompasses all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals. Before joining Massey & Gail, Matthew was a litigation associate, focusing on financial products and services. Matthew graduated from Washington University School of Law, where he was a senior editor of the Washington University Law Review.

After law school, Matthew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles B. Kornmann on the District of South Dakota.
