On behalf of one of Mexico’s largest publicly traded companies, M&G recently settled a four-party products liability action following a commercial building fire in 2018. The plaintiff sought eight figures in damages. This settlement followed over three years of extensive international discovery, including depositions conducted with witnesses on three continents. Though Suyash Agrawal led the team, Anne Swift managed the case on a day-to-day basis alongside Kate Bjorklund. The firm’s associates took and defended over 15 depositions in this action.
