Brigid M. Carmichael

Brigid is a complex commercial litigator with experience in a wide range of practice areas and stages of litigation. Before joining Massey & Gail, Brigid was an attorney at Legal Action Chicago, a non-profit that advocates for people living in poverty. At Legal Action, Brigid litigated class action matters in both state and federal court and lobbied before the Illinois General Assembly.

Brigid graduated from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy and the recipient of a Posse Foundation scholarship. Prior to attending law school, Brigid worked as a paralegal at Legal Aid Chicago providing direct services to clients.
