Chris Walling is a commercial litigator who represents clients during all stages of a case and on appeal. He has experience in antitrust, asbestos, banking, bankruptcy, business tort, constitutional, consumer fraud, contract, employment, insurance, and trade secret disputes in arbitration and in state and federal courts.

Chris graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was the Executive Online Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank H. Easterbrook of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

  • Successfully defended a multinational paper products company in multiple contractual disputes in courts across the country.
  • Successfully defended Union Pacific Railroad in substantial antitrust MDL involving claims asserted by several Fortune 500 companies.
  • Successfully represented a national online retailer in a false advertising dispute with the state of Illinois.
